Franschhoek gives you mountains on three sides, which is beautiful and also means the light drops fast. I build the timeline backwards from sunset so golden hour doesn't get eaten by the receiving line.
The valley runs about twenty minutes later into the evening in December than it does in March. If you're marrying at Boschendal or Rickety Bridge, I'll send you the actual sunset time for your date before we lock the running order.
