Wellington is quieter and cheaper than the rest of the Winelands and the light is just as good. If you're trying to get a hundred-plus guests onto a wine farm without the Franschhoek price tag, this is where I'd look.
Most Wellington venues are working farms, which means fewer restrictions on timing and noise. I've stayed past one in the morning here more than once.
